Limitless - Phase 1
Limitless (Phase 1) is a 30 day dumbbell workout program. Each workout is designed to last about 45 minutes and is structured to maximize efficiency & output by hitting various muscle groups each day, targeting different exercises per muscle group. With a focus on strength & endurance, you will find a combination of isolation movements as well as high intensity workouts. There will be 3 phases to the Limitless program.
